ACCEPTANCE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE CRANBERRY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SHELTER RETROFIT - GENERATOR INSTALLATION PROJECT
Description
The project manager has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion and the final punch list. The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents. A copy of the final punch list is for review at the Construction Services Department.
Recommendation
That the work performed by Magnum Builders of Sarasota, Inc. for the Cranberrry Elementary School Shelter Retrofit - Generator Installation project be accepted as substantially complete as of 4/25/2007.
